TL;DR
Demand Generation Manager (Healthcare/B2B SaaS): Executing and expanding multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive revenue and pipeline growth with an accent on lead acquisition and conversion. Focus on building data-driven campaigns across email, paid media, and content to engage potential customers in the health data sector.
Location: Remote/Hybrid (US). Must be authorized to work in the United States. Meeting hours are optimized for Pacific Time (PT).
Salary: $125,000 – $145,000 OTE

What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth and acquisition programs to meet revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns across email, paid media, content, and events.
- Create segmented lead nurturing campaigns to increase conversion across the customer lifecycle.
- Partner with sales and marketing operations to define KPIs, budgets, and lead conversion processes.
- Experiment with new demand generation channels using a data-driven approach.
- Develop brand-consistent content for outreach, events, and presentations.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, specifically in healthcare, life sciences, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record with long sales cycles and subscription business models.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking campaign results and data analysis.
- Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in real-world data (RWD) or real-world evidence (RWE) organizations.
- Background in product or marketing strategy leadership.
- Experience supporting C-level executives in high-growth environments.
