TL;DR

Sr. Director, Integrated Marketing (Healthcare): Driving go-to-market strategies and comprehensive marketing campaigns for hirify.global, engaging consumer and healthcare audiences and driving adoption within hirify.global’s subscription products with an accent on integrated and product marketing. Focus on leading cross-functional teams and managing the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $164,000.00 - $350,000.00

What you will do

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketers to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
  • Lead go-to-market marketing initiatives for new products, developing GTM plans and overseeing launches.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Creative, Product, Insights, Digital Experience, PR, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, PharmaDirect, EmployerDirect, Retail and Marketing Analytics.
  • Develop and oversee processes to enable the seamless delivery of integrated marketing activities.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives to ensure these are delivered on-time, on-budget and with the highest level of quality.
  • Demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing investment through both short- and long-term measurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in an integrated marketing, product marketing or a hybrid role (12 years with a Master’s degree), with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, content marketing, and PR/partnership strategies.
