Location: Remote (USA)
Salary: $164,000.00 - $350,000.00

What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of marketers to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
- Lead go-to-market marketing initiatives for new products, developing GTM plans and overseeing launches.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Creative, Product, Insights, Digital Experience, PR, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, PharmaDirect, EmployerDirect, Retail and Marketing Analytics.
- Develop and oversee processes to enable the seamless delivery of integrated marketing activities.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives to ensure these are delivered on-time, on-budget and with the highest level of quality.
- Demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing investment through both short- and long-term measurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in an integrated marketing, product marketing or a hybrid role (12 years with a Master’s degree), with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, content marketing, and PR/partnership strategies.
