What you will do

• Partner with North America and Global Marketing leads to provide objective perspectives and insights.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive insights generation plans using primary market research and data analytics.
• Design and manage primary market research projects, including objective setting and vendor collaboration.
• Develop data analysis plans and conduct or partner on advanced analytics to derive actionable recommendations.
• Synthesize findings into a cohesive point of view for leadership and internal initiatives.
• Maintain insights books and provide assumptions for the Long-Range Plan (LRP) forecast model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline required.
• 8+ years of experience in bio-pharma marketing, market research, or analytics.
• Deep understanding of the biopharma commercialization process and launch planning.
• Strong complex quantitative analysis skills and experience interpreting results.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for distilling complex information.
• Must be able to work on-site in Boston, MA (Hybrid or On-site options available).
