Location: Hybrid; must be based in or able to work from the Bridgewater, NJ office

Salary: $214,000 – $292,000 Annual

What you will do

• Serve as the primary insights and analytics advisor to Therapeutic Area leadership and Global Program Teams.
• Design and execute strategic research plans to inform portfolio planning and strategy development.
• Lead long-range forecasting by developing demand and sales driver models and quantifying key scenarios.
• Manage external vendors for market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics.
• Translate complex data into strategic narratives to drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making.
• Mentor and build a high-performing team of experts in forecasting and market research.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, market research, or business development within the biopharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Deep understanding of one-time specialized in vivo or ex vivo therapies (e.g., gene therapies, cell therapies)
• Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring high-performing teams.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Familiarity with global insights and analytics approaches in EMEA and/or Japan markets.
