Salary: $170,000 - $185,000

What you will do
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide research strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee primary, secondary, and AI-powered market, consumer, and competitive intelligence programs.
- Design and manage end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research studies from inception to final deliverables.
- Synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and impactful reports for senior leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, CX, and Data Science teams.
- Manage, engage, and mentor junior research analysts and insights specialists.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience conducting primary and secondary research, including quantitative survey design and qualitative moderation.
- 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing research teams or vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Behavioral Science, or a related field (Minimum 3.0 GPA).
- Expertise in statistical software (SPSS, SAS, Excel) and survey platforms like Qualtrics.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered research and decision intelligence tools.
- Must be based near Voya office locations in CT, NY, or ATL.
