What you will do

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide research strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee primary, secondary, and AI-powered market, consumer, and competitive intelligence programs.
• Design and manage end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research studies from inception to final deliverables.
• Synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and impactful reports for senior leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, CX, and Data Science teams.
• Manage, engage, and mentor junior research analysts and insights specialists.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience conducting primary and secondary research, including quantitative survey design and qualitative moderation.
• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing research teams or vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Behavioral Science, or a related field (Minimum 3.0 GPA).
• Expertise in statistical software (SPSS, SAS, Excel) and survey platforms like Qualtrics.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered research and decision intelligence tools.
• Must be based near Voya office locations in CT, NY, or ATL.
