What you will do

• Act as the primary strategic partner for North American commercial and business ethics stakeholders.
• Translate regional business objectives into a prioritized digital roadmap aligned with global standards.
• Drive the adoption and value realization of global digital platforms including CRM, data, and omnichannel tools.
• Lead governance forums to manage initiatives, risks, and interdependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Champion organizational readiness and change management for major digital transformation efforts.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to strengthen commercial effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise digital and IT strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree in a technology-related field preferred.
• Proven track record of leading commercial digital initiatives within the biotech or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes, scientific workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in digital platforms including data analytics, AI, CRM, and MDM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
