• Partner with Marketing and Global Commercial Strategy teams to provide objective business insights.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive insights generation plans using primary market research and data analytics.
• Design and oversee primary market research projects to address critical business questions.
• Coordinate cross-functional analytics activities to ensure alignment across programs.
• Develop situation analyses for brand planning processes.
• Maintain and provide assumptions for the Long-Range Plan (LRP) forecast model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in bio-pharma marketing, market research, or analytics.
• Strong expertise in primary market research methodologies and complex quantitative analysis.
• Deep understanding of the biopharma commercialization process and launch planning.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
• Experience working with global brands and understanding international market insights.
