What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to support Research and site-level priorities.
• Drive cross-functional communication regarding program planning, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead scenario planning to evaluate trade-offs and resolve roadblocks impacting strategic imperatives.
• Partner with governance forums and site leaders to align goals and milestones with corporate objectives.
• Develop executive communications and presentations to synthesize complex scientific data for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations on headcount, resource planning, and lab space enablement.

Requirements

• PhD in a scientific field or equivalent extensive experience in a scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in research or biopharma environments.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical drug discovery and development across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority.
• Strong organizational and business management acumen.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
