What you will do
- Support alliances focused on pre-Commercial assets from pre-clinical through Phase II.
- Contribute to alliance design, develop project execution strategies, and propose guiding principles.
- Act as technical expert on alliance contracts, facilitating execution and amendments.
- Drive alliance governance, alignment on agendas, preparation, and outcomes tracking.
- Build partner relationships, develop reporting, monitor alliance health, and implement best practices.
- Drive functional learnings within alliances.
Requirements
- 12+ years in Life Sciences Alliance Management or related roles (Research, Development, Commercial)
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required; advanced degree may substitute for experience.
- Knowledge of alliance contracts and ability to translate into actionable strategies.
- Experience in stakeholder management, leading cross-functional projects, and executing multiple workstreams.
- Strong executive communication skills, innovative thinking, and change management experience.
- Track record as individual contributor in matrixed organization.
Nice to have
- Adjacent experience in Finance, Business Development, Strategy, Commercial, Medical, R&D, or Manufacturing.
