Location: Hybrid in NYC, must be NYC-based and able to be in office 2–3 days per week

Salary: $175,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Own the executive operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, all-hands, and board preparation.
• Lead AI adoption by identifying friction in team workflows and implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Build internal prototypes, apps, and agents based on technical sketches and brainstorms.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that lack a natural owner, from scoping to closure.
• Manage internal communications and co-own the company's internal voice with the CEO.
• Act as a visible, trusted leader and social presence within the organization.

Requirements

• Strong operator instincts with the ability to turn vague problems into actionable plans.
• Genuine AI fluency, with experience building and shipping working agents or internal apps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-stakes messaging.
• Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information under ambiguity.
• Must be based in NYC and available for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Prior Chief of Staff experience at a Series B+ SaaS startup.
• Background in management consulting or as a company founder.
• Experience leading AI transformations or major operational changes.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools like Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor.
