What you will do

• Lead payer strategic planning to optimize value and access for early-stage T1D pipeline assets.
• Develop and refine global market access strategies and core pricing and reimbursement deliverables.
• Manage global payer plans, integrating value evidence, strategic pricing, and stakeholder engagement.
• Represent the payer position consistently to internal cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with HEOR and Global Marketing to ensure robust value propositions and evidence plans.
• Lead capability building and thought leadership projects regarding the global payer environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of direct biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Deep working knowledge of both US and ex-US healthcare systems.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make sound pricing and market access recommendations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an understanding of HEOR principles.
• Ability to operate effectively within highly cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• BA/BS in a field requiring quantitative analysis.

• Experience in comparable global or specialty disease area roles.
