TL;DR

Health Policy Consultant (Healthcare): Conducting quantitative and qualitative policy analyses to support life sciences and healthcare innovators with an accent on drug pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory research. Focus on developing structured Excel models, translating analytical results into actionable insights, and managing project delivery for biopharma and MedTech clients.

Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Remote within the US (preference for EST/CST). Hybrid options available for candidates based in Washington, DC or Austin, TX.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000

What you will do

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative policy analyses on coverage, reimbursement, and legislative research.
  • Develop and maintain structured Excel models to support regulatory and reimbursement analyses.
  • Manage project workplans, timelines, and budgets to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Prepare analysis materials and presentations for client meetings to discuss findings and implications.
  • Translate complex analytical results into clear summaries and actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work full time in the United States (no employment sponsorship provided).
  • 4+ years of professional experience, preferably with a background in consulting.
  • Experience modeling the effects of legislation and regulations on pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • Recent experience in legislative, regulatory, or government policy environments.
  • Strong Excel-based quantitative modeling skills.
