What you will do
- Advise clients as a Market Access subject matter expert, translating needs into bespoke service offerings.
- Source, secure, and lead a $3 million annual book of business, developing comprehensive strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of solutions to drive client success.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth within the team and company.
- Lead and develop multiple delivery teams to successfully deliver projects with high quality.
- Contribute to firm-building initiatives, team development, and strategic business planning.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of market access for biopharmaceutical products, particularly in oncology and rare diseases.
- Demonstrated leadership skills within life sciences, healthcare, or related agency/consulting organizations.
- Ability to drive Business Development independently, with a track record of selling quality projects in the life sciences industry.
- Experience developing relationships with senior-level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale and/or multiple projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring high quality outcomes.
- Must have a collaborative and team-based mind-set
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in the Life Sciences, and/or MBA preferred
