What you will do

• Manage project capabilities and develop proposals through secondary and primary research to identify information gaps.
• Structure and scope problem-solving approaches for vaguely defined commercial challenges and manage execution.
• Conduct primary research interviews and extract insights to formulate strategic recommendations.
• Prepare and review project deliverables ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and capture key takeaways from client and external stakeholder discussions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2-3 years of direct experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech arena (industry or life sciences consulting).
• Solid knowledge of healthcare market dynamics in major markets (US, EU5, Japan).
• Experience working with commercial leaders in New Product Planning (NPP), marketing, commercial analytics, or sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong critical thinking, strategic planning, and communication skills.
