What you will do

• Manage project capabilities and proposal development by providing relevant research and identifying information gaps.
• Bring structure to vaguely defined problems, scope problem-solving approaches, and manage execution.
• Manage up and down to secure timely and appropriate input.
• Structure and review deliverables, ensuring excellent internal team communication.
• Capture key takeaways from client and stakeholder discussions.
• Conduct primary research interviews and extract insights for strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of direct and relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech arena (Industry or life sciences consulting).
• Ability to work in a highly fluid, interactive, demanding, matrixed client environment and build strong business partnerships.
• Solid knowledge of healthcare market dynamics in major markets (US, EU5, Japan).
• Experience working with commercial leaders in New Product Planning (NPP), marketing, commercial analytics, and/or sales functions.
• Demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically, identify strategic options and trade-offs, and effectively communicate business impact and strategic recommendations.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office applications.
