What you will do

• Provide fundamental deliverability support to customers and internal teams.
• Manage and prioritize tickets for troubleshooting and deliverability strategy.
• Conduct in-depth investigations, reviews, and audits of email sending practices.
• Assist customers with blocklists, spam traps, and the creation of IP warming schedules.
• Monitor email metrics and sending reputation to ensure continuous program improvement.
• Develop long-term strategic deliverability planning for high-visibility brands using hirify.global infrastructure.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience providing deliverability-specific services at an ESP, agency, or large brand.
• Strong competency in deliverability concepts and customer management skills.
• Proven success in the identification and remediation of deliverability issues.
• Ability to present technical data in a meaningful and consumable format for customers.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office for a hybrid arrangement.
