What you will do

• Lead small projects and act as the delivery lead on large-scale transaction engagements across EMEA.
• Drive business development by leading pitches and generating new work through an established network in Germany.
• Advise corporate and Private Equity (PE) clients on growth, finance, and operational challenges.
• Interface and collaborate with board-level personnel in high-pressure, deadline-driven situations.
• Perform complex quantitative and qualitative analyses to support client decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience advising corporates and PE clients on growth, finance, and operations.
• Must be based in or able to work from Munich, Germany
• Ability to deal effectively at board level.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally at short notice
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
