TL;DR

Customer Onboarding Consultant (SaaS): Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, training, migration, and go-live phases with an accent on configuration workshops, understanding workflows, and translating them into scalable system configurations. Focus on advising on platform best practices, delivering structured trainings, ensuring high-quality implementations, and independently managing smaller projects end-to-end.

Location: Fully remote or hybrid with on-site collaboration at Warsaw office

Salary: PLN 12,500–16,500 gross/month

What you will do

  • Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, training, migration, and go-live phases
  • Conduct configuration workshops to capture workflows and business needs
  • Translate requirements into scalable system configurations and advise on best practices
  • Deliver trainings for independent platform adoption and ensure quality before go-live
  • Support migrations and hypercare, document decisions and configurations
  • Manage smaller implementation projects end-to-end and collaborate cross-functionally

Requirements

  • 2+ years in onboarding, implementation, consulting, customer-facing, or software support roles, ideally SaaS
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to understand workflows and translate into scalable solutions
  • Confidence advising customers and structured, proactive working style
  • Fluent Spanish, English, and German (written and spoken)

Nice to have

  • Experience with migrations, Zendesk, or enterprise customer environments
