What you will do

• Lead and deliver consulting projects in Customer Service and Order-to-Cash operations from design to implementation.
• Develop strategies to improve service performance and drive digital/AI transformation.
• Manage senior-level client relationships and present recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
• Guide BCG and client teams, fostering collaboration and building capabilities.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership in service operations.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in consulting and leadership roles for customer service or O2C transformations
• Proven expertise in Customer Service, Contact Center, or Back-Office operations with process improvement, digital, and AI levers
• Strong understanding of demand management, digital migration, workforce optimization, and performance steering
• Demonstrated success leading change in complex environments and delivering business impact
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for senior executives
• Fluent oral and written German and English (C1 level each)
