What you will do

• Build and manage the commercial contract framework to support global expansion.
• Provide actionable legal advice on product features, privacy, and employment law.
• Partner with the General Counsel to scale the legal function from a solo setup to a team.
• Manage a broad generalist scope including high-stakes partner agreements and corporate secretarial tasks.
• Ensure legal compliance while maintaining high-speed business operations.

Requirements

• Legal Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong foundation in commercial and contract law.
• Fluency in German is required.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced startup or SME environment.
• Strong market literacy and ability to navigate international growth landscapes.
• Experience handling privacy topics and regulatory compliance.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a high-ownership approach to work.
