Salary: $140,000–$170,000/annum

What you will do

• Build and scale large-scale fintech ventures from inception to high-revenue execution.
• Own the entire strategic lifecycle of integrations, ensuring seamless and high-converting user experiences.
• Serve as the primary contact for major payment and banking clients, managing expectations and project outcomes.
• Lead workshops and apply methodologies like Design Thinking and Lean Startup to project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project leadership with a focus on venture building or innovation consulting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication skills for managing high-stakes client relationships.
• Experience in Fintech or Strategic Partnerships within a high-growth environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in New York.
