What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of blockchain and digital asset solutions for a wide variety of clients.
• Support client engagement teams by delivering strategic advisory services, investigative services, and expert reports.
• Translate complex client requirements into formal agreements and functional specifications.
• Manage project budgets, contractual cost estimations, schedules, and overall delivery excellence.
• Coordinate internal and client resources to ensure successful program implementation.
• Contribute to thought-leadership initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and business development activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-time professional experience, ideally in consulting or Fortune 500 companies.
• Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in blockchain and digital assets.
• Deep functional expertise in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies (wallets, custody), NFTs, or the Metaverse.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and owning the quality of complex engagements.
• Strong ability to create detailed use cases and translate technical outcomes into actionable business insights.
• Bachelor's degree.
