Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 Annual

What you will do
- Support the development of growth and diversification plans for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors.
- Partner with the Finance team to analyze growth strategy implications on key company metrics like EPS and ROA.
- Conduct research on market size and competitive intensity to define the company's "right to win" and execution strategies (build, buy, partner).
- Collaborate with the M&A team to develop diversification strategies and define the strategic rationale for potential acquisition targets.
- Lead special projects for the C-Suite and manage high-level stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship is provided.
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting, or business strategy (or 5+ years without a degree).
- 1+ years of project management experience working with cross-functional business partners.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

- Professional experience in strategy consulting.
- Industry expertise in credit cards and/or retail banking.
- Strong quantitative skills for creating data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to identify and track emerging market and industry trends.
