Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 Annual

What you will do

• Support the development of growth and diversification plans for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors.
• Partner with the Finance team to analyze growth strategy implications on key company metrics like EPS and ROA.
• Conduct research on market size and competitive intensity to define the company's "right to win" and execution strategies (build, buy, partner).
• Collaborate with the M&A team to develop diversification strategies and define the strategic rationale for potential acquisition targets.
• Lead special projects for the C-Suite and manage high-level stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship is provided.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting, or business strategy (or 5+ years without a degree).
• 1+ years of project management experience working with cross-functional business partners.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
