Director, Global Advisory (Fintech): Serving as a domain expert advisor to help financial institutions solve complex fraud and financial crime challenges with an accent on consultative engagement and thought leadership. Focus on translating customer needs into product innovation, quantifying ROI, and evangelizing behavioral intelligence at the executive level.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Preferably East Coast). Fully remote and shared space work options available.

Salary: $170,000 - $210,000 annual

What you will do

• Provide deep fraud and financial crime expertise to support sales teams and identify client opportunities.
• Engage with senior fraud and risk leaders to propose solutions based on the hirify.global platform.
• Develop thought leadership content including articles, webinars, and conference presentations.
• Collaborate with the Product team to identify emerging challenges and prioritize new use cases.
• Evaluate the technical feasibility and functional fit of new use cases for clients.
• Represent the company at industry events and executive briefings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in fraud and financial crime within financial services or fraud tech.
• 3+ years of consultative engagement at the executive level.
• Strong depth in fraud, financial crime, and cybersecurity domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Economics).
• Proven ability to build business cases and quantify ROI for customers.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications such as CFE, CISSP, or ACAMS.
• Experience delivering thought leadership content (podcasts, panels, media).
• Familiarity with AI/ML or digital identity technologies.
• Exposure to industries beyond financial services (e.g., retail, insurance).
