Location: Must be based in New York (Onsite 5 days a week)

Salary: $130,000 – $165,000

What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor for clients, guiding them through the rewarded ecosystem to optimize campaign performance.
  • Lead campaign setups, tracking, and continuous performance analysis to meet key KPIs.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities by collaborating with internal BI, Fraud, and User Acquisition teams.
  • Recognize and execute upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth for both clients and the company.
  • Provide competitive analysis and industry insights to keep clients ahead of market trends.
  • Contribute to the scaling and development of the Customer Success team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
  • Strong analytical proficiency with the ability to use data to shape campaign strategies.
  • Experience with digital advertising, campaign tracking tools, and technical integrations.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in the digital advertising landscape.

Nice to have

  • Experience in client success, account management, or business development within digital advertising, gaming, or app industries.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience making data-informed decisions.
