What you will do

• Lead corporate strategic planning activities and monitor progress against objectives.
• Act as Chief of Staff for the hirify.global Canada Leadership Team, managing agendas and strategic projects.
• Develop accurate, evidence-based forecasting models using primary and secondary research.
• Lead the commercial assessment of new product and business development opportunities.
• Manage data strategy, reporting, and launch excellence capabilities for the Canadian market.
• Translate business risks and opportunities into actionable forecast scenarios for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• English proficiency required.
• Extensive pharmaceutical commercial experience (10+ years preferred).
• Advanced understanding of pharmaceutical forecasting, marketing analytics, and brand planning.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to integrate disparate data to identify trends and business implications.
