Salary: $69,800 - $82,000 per year

What you will do

• Utilize proprietary NIQ tools and metrics to solve clients' business questions.
• Translate complex data and numbers into compelling stories with actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present insights using NIQ standards such as SCQA and AP.
• Collaborate with Account Leads to transform the customer experience and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Guide and coach junior team members in data analysis and tool usage.
• Lead Thought Leadership Projects to drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in the CPG industry, category management, or market research.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Rosemont, Illinois (3 days per week).
• Strong analytical mind and expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with NIQ data sources (RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra) or similar POS & Panel data.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Ability to coach others in data analysis.
