Salary: $69,800 - $84,000 yearly

What you will do

• Use proprietary NIQ tools and metrics to solve complex client business questions.
• Transform customer experience by developing analytical outlines and cohesive data stories.
• Visualize data and translate metrics into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Identify and partner with Account Directors to convert revenue leads into opportunities.
• Guide and coach junior team members in data analysis and tool usage.
• Lead Thought Leadership projects and manage the client briefing process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the CPG industry, sales, category management, or market research.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL for hybrid onsite requirements.
• Proficiency with NIQ solutions (RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra) or similar analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
