What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders across Real Estate, Facilities, and Operations to define and execute the enterprise applications technology roadmap.
• Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions, including Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning, to automate workflows and enhance user experience.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects, programs, and system enhancements, ensuring quality delivery within approved budgets.
• Lead a team of project managers and manage relationships with federated external managed services teams and software vendors.
• Manage day-to-day support and maintenance for platforms such as Genetec, Envoy Visitor Management, and other operational applications.
• Ensure all systems and processes comply with global data privacy, security, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Boston, MA.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in real estate, facilities operations systems, digital transformation, or smart building technology.
• 5+ years of experience in people leadership, program leadership, or significant cross-functional leadership.
• Deep expertise in AI, automation, and advanced analytics within an operational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
