What you will do

• Own the strategic roadmap for AI product areas, prioritizing transformative value over incremental updates.
• Integrate AI tools (LLMs, RAG, agents) into core infrastructure to accelerate research, analysis, and decision-making.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition to launch and iterative evaluation with engineering teams.
• Translate revenue-impacting customer signals, such as churn risk and deal blockers, into prioritized product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering on model integration, context engineering, and evaluation pipelines to ship iterative improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a software/SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML capabilities into production environments.
• Deep understanding of AI patterns including RAG, agentic workflows, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Nice to have

• Background in the Association or Non-Profit sector.
• Comfort using AI-assisted development and prototyping tools like Claude or Cursor.
