What you will do

• Manage the information security technology implementation portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Develop and maintain governance processes for technology deployments, including financial planning, forecasting, and accruals.
• Facilitate portfolio review meetings and co-develop communication materials for executive leadership.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure sound decision-making and proactive risk mitigation.
• Coach, mentor, and train project managers to ensure excellence in project delivery.
• Communicate portfolio status to leadership to ensure cross-functional awareness and alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in information security or cybersecurity technology deployments.
• Proven track record of managing complex IT projects and cross-functional teams within defined budgets.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and accruals.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree in biotechnology or IT preferred.
