What you will do

• Manage a team leading projects and initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and successful IT solution implementation.
• Oversee the integration and separation process for functional areas, particularly for small and medium transactions.
• Act as a central hub for managing complex, high-impact initiatives within organizational change or M&A programs.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting cadences, and documentation templates.
• Facilitate communication between IT, legal, finance, and operational teams to resolve interdependencies.
• Assess organizational current state to help functional leaders define future Target Operating Models.

Requirements

• Strong experience in managing complex projects, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Ability to bridge technical details with non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and proficiency in tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
• Data-driven approach to tracking milestones, benefits, and financial outcomes.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
