What you will do

• Take accountability for end-to-end operational performance of branches, including colleague availability, choreography, and safe environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers to build high-performing, customer-focused teams.
• Respond to changing customer demand across branch, telephony, and digital channels.
• Partner with Group functions to support customers' digital journeys and financial needs, especially vulnerable ones.
• Lead change initiatives, foster continuous improvement, and promote insight-led decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years senior people leadership experience leading managers or team leaders
• Strong customer-centric leadership with track record in service improvement.
• Proven stakeholder influence and collaborative delivery.
• Experience in operational delivery balancing people, customer, and business priorities.
• Ownership of risk, governance, and compliant decision-making.
