What you will do

• Lead formulation, development, and execution of corporate strategic plans including annual budgeting and target setting.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, threats, and emerging M&A/partnerships.
• Develop business models, scenarios, and competitive intelligence to support decision-making.
• Implement strategic initiatives, establish performance metrics, and provide executive updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads, business leaders, and stakeholders across Europe and UK.
• Engage with investors, partners, and customers to communicate strategic direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's (required) or Master’s (preferably MBA) in Business, Finance, Economics, Management or related.
• Prior experience in strategy within corporate environment or consulting firms.
• Strategic thinking with big-picture vision and attention to detail.
• Strong organization, time management, multitasking under tight deadlines.
• Effective written/oral communication and interpersonal skills across all organization levels.
