Business Development Executive (AdTech): Driving strategic consultative sales for high-value advertising accounts with an accent on performance management and advanced attribution. Location: Must be based in Southern California, with occasional in-office collaboration required in Anaheim, CA.
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 (Total target compensation including base and incentives).

What you will do
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Develop and lead solution-based marketing presentations for high-value accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level client contacts.
- Analyze sales metrics to develop data-driven campaign recommendations and gap planning.
- Navigate internal departments to create compelling, customized media solutions.
- Attend in-person training and sales meetings as required.
Requirements
- Must be based in Southern California and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- 7+ years of advertising/media sales experience, with at least 3 recent years in digital media sales.
- Proven track record of closing new business and negotiating multi-variable contracts.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and sales enablement platforms like Outreach or Pardot.
- Strong analytical skills for predictive forecasting and data-driven performance recaps.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are considered a plus.
