Adsgram is building an advertising platform similar to Google Ads inside Telegram. The company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Publishers & Advertisers) to join remotely.

📋 Responsibilities include:
- Identify and engage high-potential Telegram publishers and advertisers
- Build pipeline, present value proposition and negotiate terms
- Close deals and support onboarding/integration
- Maintain CRM and track revenue targets

🔑 Requirements:
- 2+ years in business development or sales in ad tech/digital advertising
- Marketplace or two-sided platform experience preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication and English skills (B2/C1+)
- Proactive and self-managed
