What you will do

• Develop and communicate value propositions for Microstream™ capnography monitoring systems.
• Lead global launch plans and marketing campaigns, optimizing based on performance data.
• Identify market barriers and implement strategies to penetrate new respiratory care markets.
• Collaborate with medical affairs, KOLs, and R&D to align product development with market needs.
• Create sales tools, training resources, and marketing collateral to enable field success.
• Manage the annual marketing plan and conduct competitive analysis to inform strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (or 5 with an advanced degree).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship only for Principal level and above).
• Proven track record in product launches and market development.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Global marketing experience.
• Experience in medical device industry sales or marketing.
• Clinical experience in hemodynamics (e.g., nursing).
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
