What you will do

• Lead end‑to‑end market research planning, design, execution, and interpretation across hirify.global China’s portfolio.
• Translate market research results into clear, actionable insights for strategy and forecasting.
• Track external environment, competitive pipelines, and partnership opportunities relevant to hirify.global China.
• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales, disease/therapy, capability‑building, and induction training programs aligned with business and customer‑centric strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation by evaluating field force training effectiveness, integrating best practices, adopting new learning methods including AI and digital tools, and ensuring compliance with hirify.global governance and ethical standards.
• Manage external vendors and ensure quality and compliance with hirify.global SOPs and China regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech / healthcare industry experience. In-depth knowledge / experience in oncology, or rare diseases is preferred.
• 4+ years in commercial excellence function, e.g., market research, SFE, strategic planning and 1+ years in training, capability development, or field excellence.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience conducting field coaching and working with field teams.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; willingness to travel.
