What you will do

• Support commercial strategy development and alignment.
• Evaluate key products and market opportunities, forecasting their impact on the overall business.
• Identify customer needs and cultivate relationships with external opinion leaders, government authorities, and other contacts.
• Develop portfolio prioritization and investment recommendations while aligning stakeholders and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business units and cross-business-unit teams to support successful platform implementation.
• Organize national and regional conferences and training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 1–2 years of project management experience.
• Product management experience is preferred.
• Strategic thinking, strong execution, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, are required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Master's degree or MBA.
• Product management experience.
