Location: United States, with primary location in New York City and additional locations in Collegeville, Cambridge, Groton, Bothell, Lake Forest, and La Jolla. Domestic travel is expected at approximately 20%. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. visa sponsorship is not available.
Annual base salary: $230,900–$384,800, plus a 25% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Lead the US commercial strategy and continued growth of LORBRENA and the BRAFTOVI + MEKTOVI BRAF V600E-mutant NSCLC indication.
- Design and execute AI-enabled marketing using machine learning, predictive analytics, next-best-action engines, and omnichannel engagement.
- Develop multi-year brand strategy across ALK-positive and BRAF V600E-mutant biomarker-defined patient populations.
- Coordinate with brand, Medical, Market Access, Sales, Analytics, AI/Data Science, CMO, and agency partners.
- Build metrics and feedback loops connecting marketing and field execution to patient access, revenue, and commercial outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and develop director- and senior-manager-level marketing colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, or a relevant advanced degree with the corresponding experience requirement.
- Proven experience applying AI-enabled or advanced-analytics approaches to commercial marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience managing or leading marketing colleagues.
- Experience with US product launches, lifecycle management, market access, payer strategy, and reimbursement positioning.
- Strong enterprise-level strategic thinking, communication, presentation, project-management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States by any employer; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Experience marketing oncology, precision-medicine, or biomarker-driven therapies.
- Working fluency with AI and data-science tools.
- Previous in-line US marketing experience.
