What you will do

• Design and execute the end-to-end operational and regulatory launch plan for the French market.
• Establish the operational foundation, including legal entity setup, billing, tax structures, and data compliance.
• Lead the regulatory entry process, mapping authorizations and building relationships with in-country regulators.
• Coordinate with internal supply, legal, finance, product, and engineering teams to align operational readiness with commercial launch.
• Manage long-term relationships with local carriers and vendors, focusing on integration, SLAs, and performance.
• Develop and document a market playbook to optimize future international launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in market expansion, operations, or consulting at high-growth tech companies, ideally in fintech, payments, or telecom.
• Proven track record of owning a market or product launch from zero to a thriving business.
• Fluent in French (required).
• Direct experience operating across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Ability to drive multiple parallel workstreams (regulatory, technical, commercial) and resolve blockers.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisive calls with incomplete information.
