What you will do

  • Define and drive the omnichannel engagement approach for the Nordics & Baltics region.
  • Partner with brand teams to translate strategies into measurable customer journeys and integrated engagement plans.
  • Lead the adoption of new omnichannel ways of working and coach teams to improve execution quality.
  • Manage CRM and omnichannel platforms to support customer journeys and brand objectives.
  • Translate engagement data and performance trends into actionable recommendations and KPIs.
  • Ensure all omnichannel activities comply with internal standards and local market regulations.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in omnichannel, digital customer engagement, or commercial excellence within the pharma or healthcare industry.
  • Fluent in English (Scandinavian/Swedish language is an advantage).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategy and execution with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience with CRM and omnichannel platforms, ideally including Veeva.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into measurable actions.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption of new capabilities across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Marketing Management experience.
  • Sales and Marketing experience in the Pharma industry.
  • Medical Science degree.
