Location: Hybrid in Melbourne, Australia (minimum 3 days per week onsite)

What you will do
- Drive and own new business growth across agencies and brands in VIC & SA.
- Maximize revenue opportunities through collaboration with Australian and APAC sales teams.
- Develop tailored advertising solutions and strategic initiatives aligned with client objectives.
- Leverage industry relationships to generate new business and expand market presence.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate market forecasting.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure campaign execution and delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or agency environments, ideally within AdTech, Media, or Digital Advertising.
- Strong track record of exceeding targets and expertise in solution selling for large brands.
- Experience with managed and programmatic advertising and closing enterprise deals.
- Established network of relationships with agencies (including WPP) and brands.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and commercial agreements.
- Must be based in Melbourne for a hybrid work arrangement.
