What you will do

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the Sydney area
  • Deliver sales targets through new customer acquisition
  • Proactively build and manage pipeline with strategic accounts in Sydney
  • Contribute to sales and marketing strategy execution for Sydney region
  • Arrange M&A events to enhance hirify.global visibility
  • Deliver product presentations, structure, negotiate, and close deals
  • Share customer insights and feedback with product and management teams
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales for revenue growth

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in full 360 B2B or professional services sales role from origination to closing
  • Experience in high-velocity sales and engaging decision-makers
  • Track record of managing pipelines and closing deals
  • Exceptional business communication for persuasive pitches and client discovery
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • SaaS, Financial or Fintech background
  • University degree
