What you will do
- Manage and expand strategic accounts with high TCV, focusing on revenue and profit targets.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives.
- Lead and develop a team of Account Managers and sales professionals.
- Drive customer innovation through proof of concepts and early adoption of new solutions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and partners.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and build strong brand references.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT or telecommunications.
- 5+ years of experience at the Account Director level or equivalent.
- Proven track record in complex, relationship-based enterprise selling.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence outcomes in large organizations.
- Experience in executive-level stakeholder engagement.
- Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline.
