What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define goals and execute effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and business roles.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen the employer brand.
  • Use data to track performance, report on metrics, and optimize recruitment workflows.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate AI tools into the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, specifically for technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby) and AI-powered recruitment tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for hiring decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience hiring for Technical or BioPharma roles is highly preferred.
