What you will do

  • Build and develop the vendor ecosystem for outsourcing and outstaffing across key locations.
  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for temporary technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define when and how to use outsourcing as a hiring strategy.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition to ensure compliant and scalable processes.
  • Establish and track vendor performance metrics including quality, speed, cost, and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary internal expert for contingent workforce solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, vendor management, or workforce solutions, specifically with outsourcing or outstaffing.
  • Proven track record of hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Ability to manage external vendors and hold them accountable for results.
  • Experience working in international environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
