Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam). Must be registered as a student in a Dutch university during the entire internship period

What you will do

• Lead the intern hiring process, including interviewing, managing processes, and extending offers.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and attract top talent.
• Support the onboarding of new employees during their first week to ensure a smooth transition.
• Manage and implement campus recruitment partnerships and campaigns.
• Handle basic reporting and analysis tasks for talent management.

Requirements

• Must be registered as a student in a Dutch university during the entire internship period (tri-party agreement required).
• HBO / WO student in the field of HRM, Educational Sciences, A&O Psychology, Marketing, or PR.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite.
• Proactive approach and strong organizational skills with a can-do attitude.
