What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring process for engineering roles, from outreach to offer.
• Conduct daily hands-on sourcing and active outreach using LinkedIn and advanced tools.
• Run screening interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Manage large candidate pipelines with strong organization and follow-up.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across functions.
• Use market intelligence to refine sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience hiring engineering profiles with sourcing in EU and/or UK markets.
• Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn, advanced search, and modern tools.
• Proven high-volume screening calls for engineering roles.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred).
