What you will do
- Provide Tier 1-2 IT support for employees both on-site and remotely.
- Troubleshoot IT issues globally via a centralized ticketing system.
- Manage installation, administration, and maintenance of various IT devices.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records.
- Resolve network-related issues including VPN and wireless connectivity.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge base articles, and system monitoring.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows client environments and Active Directory.
- Practical knowledge of computer hardware maintenance.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, network elements, and VPN environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to provide quick workarounds.
- Must be able to work on-site in the London office.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of MacOS operating systems and management.
- Experience with Cloud Solutions such as Office365 and Azure.
